Rolex Datejust 31

Hans Wilsdorf proved to be a resourceful Franconian and surprised the market in 1945 already with a Rolex wristwatch for ladies, which had a date display. However, as he was not completely satisfied with this, Wilsdorf expanded the watch a little later with a cyclone magnifier on the date display, which allowed a magnification of 2 1/2 times. This was the birth of the very first Rolex Datejust. The company launched the Rolex Datejust 31, a further development of wristwatches for ladies at that time. The Rolex Datejust 31 watch model also offers an enormous variety of different designs to those interested.

Rolex Datejust 31 - from sporty to luxurious

The Rolex Datejust 31 gives interested parties the opportunity to be absolutely creative. Whether the bezel is desired with diamonds or which design and colors the dial and bracelet should have - the choice is extraordinarily large. You can also choose which material the case of the Rolex Datejust 31 should be made of. Moreover, it can be chosen whether the time is displayed by means of indices, diamonds or numerals. Some features always remain the same in luxury watches from Rolex, such as the Rolex Datejust 31. These include, for example, the perpetual movement from Rolex that has 48 hours of power reserve. Of course, like all luxury watches from Rolex, the Datejust 31 has an oyster case. The Rolex Datejust 31 is of course also equipped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, making it equally suitable for every day as well as an eye-catcher in the evening. The additional designation 31 is based on the diameter of the case for the Rolex Datejust. At 31 millimeters, Rolex's luxury watches are perfectly designed to add glamour to ladies' wrists.

Rolex

The success of the Rolex company is based on its founder Hans Wilsdorf. In 1905, this man created a company in London that specialized in selling watches. During this time, Wilsdorf dreamed of wearing reliable watches on his wrist. Back then, wristwatches did not show the precision of today. However, Hans Wilsdorf was convinced that at some point they would not convince by elegance alone, but deliver the highest accuracy. Rolex was particularly concerned in the beginning with making movements of excellent quality. The effort spent on chronometric precision was soon rewarded - in 1910 Rolex received the first official worldwide chronometer certificate for wristwatches from the Swiss 'Prüfinstanz für Uhrgangskontrollen'/Biel.
